🚶‍♀️ 100K Walking Challenge for SANDS 🤍

I’m taking on a 100K walking challenge to raise money for SANDS, a charity that holds a very special place in my heart.

SANDS does incredibly important work supporting families who have experienced the heartbreak of losing a baby. They provide a safe space for parents and families to find support, understanding and compassion at a time when life can feel unimaginable.

The work they do matters because no family should have to navigate baby loss feeling alone. SANDS helps keep the conversation going, raises awareness, offers vital support and reminds families that their babies, their grief and their stories matter.

Taking on 100K might be a physical challenge, but it feels like a small way of giving something back to a charity whose work means so much to me. Every step will be for the families who need that support, for the babies who will never be forgotten, and for the hope that no one has to face such devastating loss alone. 🤍
