I’m taking part in Sands Ribbon Run

💙 Running for Leo 💙

On 10 October, I will be taking part in the Ribbon Run, which takes place during Baby Loss Awareness Week (9-15 October) for every much-loved baby sadly not here today, and in memory of my beautiful son, Leo, who we sadly lost in February 2025 💜🦋

Leo will always be part of our family and will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Although I can’t have him here with me, I can carry his memory with me every step of the way.

I’m taking on the Ribbon Run for the second year to honour Leo and to raise money for Sands, the baby loss charity, who provide vital support to families affected by the devastating loss of a baby. 

Baby loss is something no parent should ever have to experience, and the support Sands provides can make such a difference to families during an incredibly difficult time. 

If you would like to support me and help me raise as much as possible for Sands, I would be so grateful for any donation, no matter how big or small. Every penny will help support other families who find themselves facing the unimaginable.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby.
