Tuesday 4th Aug This year, my beautiful daughter would have been 24.  She might be in love, she might be driving a car, she might have completed a degree, she might have chosen to work and learn through a profession.  What I do know is that she would have been beautiful, she would have loved her brothers and brought a lot to our evening meals around the family table.  I would have been so proud of her, loved her, taken her shopping, shared wine and giggles.  I would have been at her graduation and her wedding, her bright days and her dark days.  She would have been my favourite person.  But my baby didn’t live.  So I didn’t experience any of those things.  When she was born, she had already left the world I exist in.  And that’s such a difficult thing to process.  By raising money for his amazing charity, mums will be supported at a time when they feel lost.  Because losing your baby, whenever it happens, is a pain no other knows unless they have been through it.  Help me support mums like me, who knew nothing other than love but ended in complete heartbreak.   Share
