I’m running 50k in September for families facing baby loss

In September, I'll run 50k for SANDS - every step for my baby boy Louie and for all the little lives taken too soon. Last year I held Louie, loved him and said goodbye far too quickly. Losing him changed everything - my mental health, my relationships, my sense of self. It's something you carry forever.

SANDS is a charity very close to my heart. They gave me compassion and understanding when my world fell apart. I'm running in memory of Louie to keep his memory alive and to help other familes facing the same heartbreak.
