I’ve committed to walking 100K in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Supporting families through baby loss
Friday 28th Aug I have experienced miscarriage not one but several, all at different stages of pregnancy. The anticipation, the excitement and then the grief of what could have been. Then my little miracle came along and I finally got to be a mum. The best job in the world! But I will never forget the other lives which started inside me. I will forever think of them and this walk is much about my healing as it is to raise awareness and funds to help other families. The sadness is never far away, when someone announces a pregnancy or I see siblings together, it hurts inside. But life has to go on and this is my way of doing something for me and the babies I didn’t get to meet. ShareThank you to my Sponsors
