Halloween & Christmas Lights Display Malpas 2026 🎄✨
This year we're making our fundraising for Sands even bigger, with both a Halloween display and our annual Christmas Lights Display Malpas, raising funds in loving memory of my brother, Ellis-Drew Ismail.
Our Halloween display will be ready for visitors from 5 October until 1 November, before we transform the display ready for Christmas.
Our main Christmas switch-on will take place on 21 November, with the Christmas display then running through until 3 January 2027. The displays will be illuminated from 4:30pm until at least 9:00pm each evening, giving families and the local community plenty of opportunities to come along and enjoy them.
Since 2021, our family home in Malpas, Newport has been transformed each Christmas with thousands of lights, decorations and themed displays. Over the years it has grown into a much-loved community event, including our main switch-on night, visits from Santa and fundraising throughout the festive period.
In 2025, thanks to the incredible generosity of our visitors, community and supporting businesses, we raised £5,989.79, bringing the total we have raised for Sands since 2021 to an amazing £20,172.77.
For 2026, we're hoping to raise another £6,000 and make this our biggest year yet.
I'm fundraising in aid of Sands, for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby.
