I’m running 2k a day in Febuary for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to running 2k a day this February for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

I chose this charity as someone close to me went through what I felt was unimaginable experience. 
It was hard to support her and her family and watch the pain she was in. Sands gave her that support, they helped her through and helped her be able to deal with day to day what none of us around her could and for that we are eternally grateful. 
Unless it’s happened to you loosing a baby that is so loved  and wanted for any stage is heartbreaking. To be helpless is hard. 
Charities like this I feel are the ones that are overlooked and the ones doing the good, and on the ground helping those that need it. I know all charities do good in their own right but it’s what matters to the individuals. 
This challenge for me has been about the consistency, I am no good at consistency and keeping up with things (a bit ADHD I think) but I kept my closet in my heart and did this ever day, because quite frankly she’s a stubborn cow and won’t let me do anything else for her so it’s my way of saying, I bloody love the bones of you and yours, my little sister from another mister. And you know now imf you do need me I can run to you in 7 mins 🤣💕💕🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
