Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. In 2022, I experienced a miscarriage — a loss that changed me in ways I never expected. It’s a grief that can feel invisible to the world, but the love and loss stay with you forever.

Since then, I’ve been incredibly lucky to welcome two beautiful children into my life. My journey has shown me just how precious every pregnancy and every baby truly is.

I’m raising money for SANDS a charity that supports families through the heartbreak of baby loss and works to ensure that no one has to face that journey alone.

In memory of the baby we never got to meet, and for every family who has experienced this unimaginable loss, any donation — no matter how small — would mean so much. ❤️
