I’m taking part in Sands Ribbon Run
I’ve committed to taking part in Sands Ribbon Run which takes place during Baby Loss Awareness Week (9-15 October) for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.
Thank you.
£20 - could provide a bereaved family with a memory box to help create and keep safe precious and lasting memories of their baby.
£35 - could answer a call from someone reaching out for support who has been through pregnancy loss or the death of a baby.
£100 - could help ensure every hospital in the UK has a dedicated Sands volunteer to help healthcare professionals access our training, guidance and support.

Monday 10th AugWhy I’m Fundraising for SANDS ❤️
In October 2025, I found out I was pregnant. It was a moment filled with so many emotions, but I never could have imagined the journey that was ahead of me.
In November, I had my first scan and found out I wasn’t expecting one baby, but triplets. I was completely over the moon, scared, excited and overwhelmed all at once. The thought of becoming a mum to three beautiful babies was something I couldn’t put into words. I couldn’t wait for June 2026 to arrive so I could finally meet my babies.
Then, in December, we had a little scare. At our scan, we found out that one of our babies had sadly stopped growing at just 8 weeks. I had to find the strength to carry on and be strong for the two babies who were still growing. As heartbreaking as it was, I held onto hope and focused on my twins.
Everything seemed to be going well until 23 January 2026, when I started having pains. At first they weren’t too bad, but they gradually became worse.
On 24 January 2026, I gave birth to my beautiful baby boys. They were born alive, and for one precious hour, I got to have them here with me. Sadly, my boys passed away one hour later.
I named my boys Lav and Khush. Their names will forever be a part of me, and they will always be my beautiful sons.
I also named the little baby I lost earlier in my pregnancy Pari, which means fairy. Even though I never got to meet Pari, they will always be my baby and a part of our family I knew that Pari would of been a boy.
Losing three babies is something I never imagined I would have to go through. There are no words that can truly describe the pain of losing your children, or the emptiness they leave behind. I am learning to carry their memories with me every single day.
I’m fundraising for Sands (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society) because no parent should have to face the loss of a baby alone. SANDS provides support to families who are going through the unimaginable pain of losing their baby, helping them feel less alone during one of the darkest times of their lives.
I know first-hand how important support, understanding and someone simply being there can be. By fundraising, I hope I can help SANDS continue to support other mums, dads and families who find themselves on a journey they never expected to take.
I’m doing this in memory of my beautiful babies Pari, Lav, Khush that why the name stand for PLK 🩵🩵🩵
They may not be here in my arms, but they will always be in my heart.
For my three little stars. Forever loved, forever missed, never forgotten. 🩵🩵🩵
