Gaming for Good

I’m gaming for good for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to gaming for good for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Thank you.

Baby loss

Tuesday 10th Mar
I was pregnant 2024 due November 28th 2024.
My waters ruptured at 23 weeks pregnant. I had weekly monitoring and scans and my little boy was doing amazing. We carried on the pregnancy until he was born at 30weeks. 10 weeks early. We knew survival rates where lower than is he had held on a little longer. He was on oxygen for 12 hours then once he was taken off the oxygen he was thriving. He just needed to stay on NICU for his feeds and to get bigger before he could finally come home to mummy daddy and his 2 older brothers. Ayaan was in NICU for 4 weeks after taking bottles over feeding tube and putting weight on really well. We only got to have our baby boy home with us for 4 weeks 2days before his passing on 05/11/24. His death took us all by surprise he was thriving gaining weight and taking bottles really well. After his postmortem his death was caused due to SUIDS. SUIDS isn’t spoken about nor is it looked into enough. Yes we have a cause to the death but we have no answers as to why. He was perfect fit and healthy. As a normal day started it ended like nightmare. No one can ever prepare you for the worst to happen. Life really is unexpected and our answers will never really be answered. We will always talk about you at every possibility we can. Forever and always our baby boy Ayaan 🩵
