2026 Ribbon Run Manchester

I’m taking part in Sands Ribbon Run

I’ve committed to taking part in Sands Ribbon Run in Manchester which takes place during Baby Loss Awareness Week on Saturday 10 October 2026. I am taking part for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Thank you.

£20 - could provide a bereaved family with a memory box to help create and keep safe precious and lasting memories of their baby.

£35 - could answer a call from someone reaching out for support who has been through pregnancy loss or the death of a baby.

£100 - could help ensure every hospital in the UK has a dedicated Sands volunteer to help healthcare professionals access our training, guidance and support.

🤍 HOPE AFTER LOSS — FOR OUR BABY HOPE 🤍

Sunday 4th Oct

Our precious Baby Hope may have only been with us for a short time, but the love we have for our baby will last forever.

Through our miscarriage, we have experienced a kind of heartbreak we never imagined. We have cried, questioned, and grieved the future we had already dreamed of. But through it all, we are holding on to God and His promises.

We may not understand why God allowed this to happen, but we choose to trust Him even in the pain. We believe that our Baby Hope is safe in the arms of Jesus, and that one day, we will understand what we cannot understand today.

“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” — Psalm 30:5 🤍

This fundraiser is our way of turning our pain into purpose — raising awareness and supporting families who are walking through miscarriage and baby loss, so they know they are not alone.

For our Baby Hope, we want your little life to leave behind a message:

There can be hope after loss.
There can be faith in the middle of grief.
There can be healing even when our hearts are broken.
And there is always a God who holds us when we cannot hold ourselves together.

Baby Hope, you were wanted.
You were loved.
You are remembered.
And you will forever be a beautiful part of our story. 🤍☁️

We lost our baby, but we will never lose our hope in God.

Please consider supporting our fundraiser and helping us bring comfort, awareness and hope to other families experiencing baby loss.

For Baby Hope.
For every baby gone too soon.
For every parent silently grieving.
And for the hope that remains. 🤍
