I’m swimming in November for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to swimming this November for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change and provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals so that fewer babies die and fewer families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

❤️ I know I tend to keep a lot of my personal life private, but with what would have been my daughters’ 7th and 4th birthdays coming up, I wanted to do something special to remember them both. 🦋💗

I was hoping to raise a little money for the amazing charity that helped me so much through both of my losses. They supported me during some of the hardest times of my life, and I’d love to be able to give something back to them in memory of my girls. 💕

If anyone has any spare loose change they’d be happy to donate, no matter how small, I would be so incredibly grateful. Every little bit would mean so much, and it would be a lovely way to honour my girls while helping a charity that does so much for others going through similar heartbreak.
