I’m running 2k a day in Febuary for families facing baby loss
I’m fundraising for Sands, a charity that supports families after the loss of a baby. This cause is deeply personal to me, and I want to help raise awareness about how common pregnancy and baby loss really is. A recent UK survey found that about 50% of adults said they, or someone they know, have experienced pregnancy or baby loss, including miscarriage, stillbirth and other losses; highlighting how many lives are touched by this issue.
In the UK, it’s estimated that around 15 out of every 100 pregnancies end in miscarriage, with many more losses happening before pregnancy is even recognised.
Sands provides vital support, compassion and understanding during those hardest moments and I’m proud to support their work. Please donate what you can to this worthy cause 🧡
