I’m walking 100K in September for families facing baby loss
I’ve committed to walking 100K in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Monday 31st Aug100km for Erin 💜
For the past six years, we’ve been raising money for Sands as a family, in memory of our beautiful daughter, Erin, and to support the incredibly important work they do for bereaved families.
Over the years, we’ve each taken on our own challenges. After Steve’s half marathon in 2024 and Arthur’s epic keyring sale last year, it’s now my turn to lead the way!
Throughout September, I’ll be walking 100km to raise money for Sands in memory of Erin. 💜
It’s a big challenge, but knowing that every kilometre is helping to raise awareness and vital funds for a charity that means so much to our family makes it all worthwhile.
We’d be so grateful for the support of our lovely friends and family. Every single contribution, no matter how big or small, is hugely valued and will help Sands continue to support families through the devastating loss of a baby.
And if you fancy joining me for part of the challenge, you’re more than welcome! I’ll certainly be dragging the boys along with me for some of those 100km. 😂
