I’m walking 100K in September for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to walking 100K in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Coan Strong!

Monday 25th Aug
Myself, my family and our close friends have committed to walking 100k in the month of September to raise money for all babies not here today. 
My nephew Coan was born sleeping on 2nd May 2025 at just 19 weeks gestation. A few weeks before his birth, his parents received the heartbreaking news that Coan had Renal Agensis - a diagnosis that is incompatible with life. 
Sands charity provided my Sister, Brother-in- law and Niece some beautiful resources and informative literature before, during and after Coan’s diagnosis, birth and passing. 
We are hoping to raise as much money as we can for this amazing charity now so close to our hearts! 

Team Coan Strong is made up of Coan’s Mummy, Daddy, Big Sister, Nanny, Gaga, Auntie Emma, Uncle Lewis, Big Cousins Ayda & Eoin and our close family friends - Katie & Marc ❤️
