Discipline and dollars in January
Wednesday 31st Dec I have decided to do something meaningful and put my best food forward in January, so after asking family and friends for ideas, I have decided to raise money for SANDS.This is a charity who supported my lovely Aunty Beth when her beautiful first born baby Iris, died at only a few hours old following a healthy pregnancy.
Please sponsor me, even just £1, and I promise to dig deep, come rain or wind, stress and tiredness, a busy day at work and everything else life sends me, to get out there every single day in January and run at least £2k. Thank you! Xx
