Wednesday 2nd SepThis September, I am walking 100km to raise money for Sands in memory of my daughter, Evelyn, who was stillborn on 09.12.2015.
Evelyn was a healthy little girl who should be here with us today. Sadly, instead, she went to the stars to be with her great-grandma and great-grandad. Although she is no longer by our side, she remains a huge part of our family. We miss her every day, think about her often, and still talk about her regularly. She continues to guide us, inspire us, and live on in our hearts.
I have four children: one in the stars and three here on earth. As we approach the 11-year anniversary of losing Evelyn, I want to honour her memory by walking my heart out and dedicating every step to her.
