I’m running 2k a day in Febuary for families facing baby loss
Hello! I'm Emily (far right in my picture!). This February, I’m running 2km every single day in support of Sands, the UK charity that offers compassion, support, and community to anyone affected by the loss of a baby during pregnancy or shortly after birth.
Baby loss is something that has touched me and members of my family more than once, and the weight it holds stays with you for the rest of your life. Those experiences are the reason this challenge matters to me.
Sands provides that place: a safe, understanding community; local and online support; and a helpline for anyone who needs someone to listen.
They also work with healthcare professionals to improve bereavement care across the UK.
It would mean so much if you could sponsor me with whatever you can for this incredibly worthy cause.
