I’m walking 100K in September for families facing baby loss
I’ve committed to walking 100K in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

James and Murray
Friday 22nd AugIn 2023, my world changed forever when I had to say goodbye to my beautiful twin boys, James and Murray. Though their time here was heartbreakingly short, they left an everlasting mark on my heart.
In those darkest days, Sands was there for me — offering support, compassion, and a community of people who understood the pain of baby loss. Their work is vital, providing care for families and funding research to save little lives.
To honour James and Murray, I’m taking part in this charity walk with my team, Forever Two, Forever Strong. Every step we take is for them, and for all the babies gone too soon.
