On 11th October, I’ll be taking on a 10K Trail Race at Grafham Water to raise money for Sands and to support Baby Loss Awareness Week (9th–15th October)🩷🩵About Sands🩵🩷
Sands provides invaluable support to bereaved parents and families facing the unimaginable pain of baby loss, helping them feel less alone during some of the darkest moments of their lives 👣

Sands is a charity that I’ve supported since 2024, and one that holds a very special place in my heart.
I support Sands in memory of my best friend Jade and her partner Connor twin girls, and all the babies who are loved, missed and importantly never forgotten 👼
Taking part in this 10K is my way of continuing to support Sands, raise awareness and help ensure that no parent has to face baby loss without support

Friday 21st Aug This is more than just a race for me. It’s a chance to challenge myself, raise awareness and help support a charity that provides vital support to families affected by the devastating loss of a babyI’ll be putting in the miles, pushing myself outside my comfort zone and hopefully raising as much as possible along the way. Every donation, no matter how big or small, would mean so much
