I’m running 50k in September for families facing baby loss
I’ve committed to running 50k in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Day 17 ✅
Wednesday 17th Sep Completed another 5k tonight following a 12 hour shift and boy was it hard! However, a new 5k PB and the first 5k without stopping - ONCE! Share
Day 11 ✅
Thursday 11th Sep Had a full day again today and only managed 4 hours sleep but the show must go on and I cannot believe it! I’ve just ran the furthest I’ve ran in probably 12 years and I’m over the moon!
