I’m swimming in November for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to swimming this November for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change and provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals so that fewer babies die and fewer families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

This has a special meaning after going through my own chemical pregnancy, although very early it was still very heart breaking and people I know who have suffered through miscarriages and chemical pregnancy losses, I know what this means to them.

Raising awareness and money for families and everyone going through a loss this is the least I can do to show my love and support 💕

I was inspired to do this swim as I’m not much of a runner but my sister in law ran 5k and inspired me.
