This February, I’m running 2km every day in memory of my babies, and for every much-loved baby who is sadly not here today.
After experiencing baby loss myself, I’ve seen how isolating and life-changing it can be. That’s why I’m fundraising for Sands, a charity that supports families through loss, campaigns for better care and understanding, trains healthcare professionals, and funds vital research so that fewer families have to endure this heartbreak.
Turning love into action feels like the most meaningful way I can honour my babies and help others feel less alone. Anything you are able to donate truly means so much.
Thank you for your kindness and support.

Why “Common” Doesn’t Mean Easy
Sunday 1st FebAfter sharing my story, something I’ve thought a lot about is how common baby loss actually is and yet how incredibly isolating it feels when it happens to you.

You are incredible. You lead by example and create safe spaces for important conversations xx
