🤍 For the Babies We Never Got to Hold
This November, myself and Will will be taking part in the Sands Starlight Walk to raise money for Sands, a charity that supports anyone affected by the death of a baby and works to save babies’ lives.
This cause is incredibly close to my heart because of my own experience with a chemical pregnancy.
Although it happened very early, the loss was real, and so was the heartbreak. When you find out you’re pregnant, even for a short time, your mind can start imagining a future you never expected to lose. You begin to hope, to dream and to picture what could have been. Losing that, no matter how early, can be incredibly difficult.
Pregnancy loss can sometimes feel invisible, especially when it happens so early, but the feelings that come with it are very real. Every loss matters, and every person deserves to have their grief acknowledged.
By taking part in the Starlight Walk, I want to help Sands continue its incredible work supporting bereaved families through some of the hardest moments of their lives, while helping to raise awareness of baby loss.
I’ll be walking for the little life I’ll always carry in my heart, for every baby gone too soon, and for every family who has experienced the heartbreak of losing a baby.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how big or small, I would be so grateful. Every donation will help Sands support families who need it most.
For every little life, no matter how short. ✨

Good luck and enjoy the walk 🙌🙌
