I’m walking 100K in September for families facing baby loss
I’ve committed to walking 100K in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

My Angel♥️
Monday 10th AugApril 2016, I gave birth to a beautiful little girl, and we decided to call her Angel as that name fitted her perfectly. Sadly because Angel wasn’t full term or even 24 weeks the doctors called it a ‘missed miscarriage’ But I still had to go through labour and deliver her. I got to hold her, love her, and spend precious time with her, but I wasn’t able to bring her home.
Every single step I take in September will be for my daughter, for the life she should have had, and for every precious baby who was loved beyond measure but taken too soon. It will also be for the parents who have had to find a way to keep going after experiencing the unimaginable.
By taking on this 100,000-step challenge, I hope to raise both awareness and funds for this incredible charity.
