I'm walking 100K in March for our babies and their families!

At just nine weeks and two days I sadly miscarried at the beginning of 2024 so this is a cause that's incredibly close to my heart! 

My life changed on that particular day and because of this, I truly understand the importance of causes like Sands. Sands campaigns for change, offers support to families facing the indescribable loss of a baby and funds research to help prevent future tragedies.

I originally planned to keep this journey to myself, walking quietly in my own time but silence is not the answer. The reality is that so many others share this heart breaking experience and it wasn’t until I journeyed through it myself that I learned so many people, even people close to me have their own stories. Now more than ever I realise the only way forward is to speak out and support one another.

I’ve committed to walking 100K throughout March to honour every baby who is no longer here. Your support, whether through kind words or a donation, would mean so much to me as I take each step for this important cause.
