Run 2k a Day in February 2026

2K a day, every day for babies loved but sadly lost.

Hi I'm Abi, 32, and new into running.

I’ve witnessed just how deeply pregnancy and baby loss can affect families. I’ve seen people I love—family members and close friends—walk through this heartbreak. Losing a baby is something no one should ever have to endure, yet so many do, often quietly and without the support they truly need.

I want to do something meaningful to show my support. Helping families access compassion, understanding, and the right support during such an unimaginably tough time would not only be deeply fulfilling for me, but also a way of living out the values I want to pass on. I want my daughter to grow up seeing that determination, kindness, and standing beside others in their darkest moments truly matters. Supporting people through their toughest times isn’t just important work—it’s a powerful way to make the world a little gentler.

Thankyou to anyone who has chosen to support me in this, it really means a lot!

Hi Im Abi, 32 and new into running but working in early years, I’ve witnessed just how deeply pregnancy and baby loss can affect families. Beyond my professional life, I’ve also seen people I love—family members and close friends—walk through this heartbreak. Losing a baby is something no one should ever have to endure, yet so many do, often quietly and without the support they truly need.
