We're swimming in November for families facing baby loss

This November, we’ve committed to swimming for every much-loved baby who’s sadly not here today.

Sands is an incredible charity that ensures everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve during the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and fund vital research.

This is a charity that is very close to my heart. Losing a baby is a pain that’s hard to put into words — it’s a quiet kind of grief that stays with you.

To honour their memory, and to give back to a cause that supports so many, we’ve decided to take on a 10km swimming challenge throughout November. 🏊‍♀️
