I’m walking 100K in September for families facing baby loss
I’ve committed to walking 100K in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

100k Walk: A Journey of Resilience
Sunday 15th SepI'm still going strong on my 100k walk. Despite some unexpected medical setbacks, I'm determined to see this through.
While I've had to take things a bit easier for the next couple of week I am determined this will not stop my progress. I be doing slower longer walks to continue to reach my goal.
The support I've received has been incredible. Your words of encouragement have kept me motivated and inspired. Thank you for being part of this journey with me.

Wednesday 11th SepHey everyone,
I'm thrilled to announce that I'm ready to start the 100k Sands charity walk! I can't wait to take on this challenge. Equipped with my trusty Fitbit to track my progress and sporting a special charity t-shirt, I feel fully prepared for the walk.
I plan to incorporate jogging into my walks and I'm dedicated to giving it my all for this important cause.
I'll be sure to keep you updated as I approach the start of the walk. Your support and encouragement mean the world to me, and I appreciate every bit of it.
