💛 Walking 100k in March for Sands 💛

This March, I’m challenging myself to walk 100 kilometres to raise money for Sands — a charity that supports families affected by pregnancy and baby loss. I will be tracking this process and keeping you all updated! 

This cause is personal to me. Sadly, I know many women who have experienced the heartbreak of losing their babies through miscarriage and My sister’s baby boy Dougie was born sleeping in 2017. 

Watching someone you love go through that kind of loss changes you. It has shown me just how important support, compassion, and safe spaces truly are during the darkest of times.

Losing a baby is an unimaginable pain that no family should ever have to face alone. Sands provides vital support, guidance, and understanding for parents and families navigating grief. They ensure every family feels heard and supported and that every baby is remembered.

Every step I take this in March is for the babies who should be here, and for the families carrying that loss every single day.
