Running 2k every day off I have to raise money for a cause close to my heart
I’ve committed to running 2k every day I have off this January for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
I would have loved to do it every single day but am unable to.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Life after loss
Wednesday 31st DecIn the space of just nine weeks, I experienced two pregnancy losses. Two babies I loved deeply, two futures I began to imagine, gone far too soon.
Losing a baby is a grief that often goes unseen and unspoken, yet it changes you forever. Even with support around you, it can feel incredibly lonely, like the world keeps moving while your heart stands still.
I’m supporting SANDS in memory of my two angel babies, and to help other families who are walking this same heartbreaking path. Their work gives comfort, understanding and a voice to those who need it most.
