I’ve committed to walking 100K in March for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

When our baby died, our lives fell apart. I felt so alone and isolated and just didn’t know what to do or where to turn. In those very early days and weeks, family and friends were invaluable and the reason I am still here today.


Grieving a baby is like holding a love so strong, yet so fragile, that it breaks your heart every day. ❤️


Because no one should have to navigate this darkness alone, I am taking part in the Sands 100k walking challenge. I’m walking 100 kilometers this month to raise money for Sands, an organization that provides a lifeline to bereaved families and works to reduce baby loss.

Every step I take is in memory of my beautiful baby, and every pound raised goes toward making sure that when a world falls apart, there is someone there to help pick up the pieces.
