I’m walking 100K in March for families facing baby loss
I’ve committed to walking 100K in March for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.
Thank you.

Walking 100K Steps for Buttercup 💛
Sunday 1st MarThis March, I’m taking on a personal challenge — walking 100,000 steps in support of Sands, a charity that means more to me than words can fully express.
Two years ago, my world changed forever. Loss has a way of reshaping you — how you see life, how you hold your loved ones, and how deeply you understand the importance of support during unimaginable moments. During that time, organisations like Sands exist as a lifeline for families navigating grief, remembrance, and healing.
So this walk isn’t just about steps.
It’s about remembering.
It’s about honouring babies gone too soon.
And it’s about making sure no family has to face loss alone.
Every step I take throughout March represents awareness, conversation, and hope. Hope that more families receive support. Hope that awareness continues to grow. Hope that together, we can help Sands continue the incredible work they do for bereaved parents and families across the UK.
If you’d like to support me on this journey, whether by donating, sharing, or simply walking alongside me in spirit — it truly means everything.
Because sometimes the smallest steps can create the biggest impact.
