I’ve committed to running 2k a day this January for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Sunday 28th DecThis January, I’m committing to running at least 2 kilometres every single day in memory of every much-loved baby who should be here today, but sadly isn’t.
I’m doing this to raise funds for Sands, a charity that supports families affected by baby loss — one of the most devastating experiences a family can face.
Sands:
- Provide vital support to grieving families
- Train midwives and healthcare professionals
- Campaign for change in maternity care
- Fund research to help reduce the number of babies lost
No family should have to walk this path alone.
Any donation, no matter how small, truly makes a difference.
