Thursday 28th Aug Today my partner joined me in the run , lots of starting and stopping as I’m unfit lol and she just had a baby with a c section but we powered thru as best as could for such an amazing cause

Monday 25th Aug That was tough , as some who isn’t medically healthy and the fact I forgot my bottle of water I’m proud of my self
Every day, I will run 3 miles in memory of the little ones who were taken from us far too soon
Sunday 24th AugI’m not great with words, but I want to share something close to my heart.
My daughter came into the world at 28 weeks and is doing well. How ever when I was in the hospital, I met many parents in similar situations. Even though we were all at different stages of our journeys, we shared a deep bond over the challenges we were facing with our little ones.
Sadly, during that time, a little one gained their angel wings far too soon. In memory of this precious angel, I’ve decided to run 3 miles every day until I reach 30 miles, raising money for SANDS to support families navigating the heartbreak of losing a child.

You can do anything you put your mind to and what you have done with your life so far to turn it around just proves it and I can tell you one thing my dad would be proud of the man you have become f on the silly little boy you were when my dad met you for the first time. Just remember even though he’s not here now he will still kick your ass if you muck this up! You know he will find away to do so lol
