Unfortunately the majority of people will be impacted by pregnancy loss in some way. Whether it is from personal experience, the experience of a family member, friend, colleague or so on. 
Despite this, the topic is still a largely taboo, causing unnecessary discomfort often due to lack of knowledge, information and communication. 
Any help to raise awareness or provide any form of support for those experiencing the loss of a baby is invaluable. Sands is an amazing charity which aims to provide that support, so we're putting on our walking boots and walking 100K in March - and we'd appreciate your help. Whether that's in the form of a donation, participating in the challenge, sharing and raising awareness or simply opening up the conversation - it's all a step in the right direction.
