I am walking 100km this September in memory of my precious niece, Rhema, who we lost in December 2012. Though her time with us was heartbreakingly short, her impact on our hearts has been profound and lasting. I am taking on this challenge to honor her memory and to support SANDS, a charity that helps families who, like ours, have experienced the devastating loss of a baby.

SANDS provides crucial support and guidance to those navigating the unimaginable pain of baby loss, and they also work tirelessly to prevent these tragedies where possible. With every step I take this September, I am not only remembering Rhema, but also standing alongside every family who has faced this heartbreak.
