I’ve committed to walking 100K in September for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. The three Ps

Monday 18th Aug
This year me and my lost our baby girl Poppy. An extraordinary little, and I mean little weighing 411g, that lived for 12 days despite the odds being against her. I had developed HELLPs syndrome and I declined rapidly. Poppy had to be born otherwise we would have both died. She saved my live so I’m doing everything I can to honour her strength. We have been well supported and I want to make sure are supported too.
