I’m taking part in Sands Starlight Walk
I’m taking part in Sands Starlight Walk as I want to help those affected by the loss of a baby to find the light in the dark. Every day 13 babies die before, during or shortly after birth. I am raising funds to help Sands continue to build a world where more babies survive, and more families receive the happy ending they deserve.

Starlight Walk is a sponsored walk where hundreds of people come together to walk under the stars to remember their babies and raise funds for Sands. Why I’m joining in ……
Tuesday 4th NovI’m joining this walk because it feels so fitting, walking beneath the stars to remember the many losses so many of us have faced.
After five miscarriages, the pain and sense of loss never truly fade. Christmas can be especially hard; my first miscarriage was on Christmas Day, and my final IVF journey began then too.
The photo I’ve shared was taken the night before my final IVF transfer. Walking has always been my way of coping through difficult times, which makes this event especially poignant.
This walk is my way of honouring those losses and supporting an incredible charity that helps families through their toughest moments.
