I’m running 2k a day in January for families facing baby loss

I’ve committed to running 2k a day this January for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Thank you to all my sponsors and supporters! I have successfully completed the challenge of 62km in January. Now I'm taking a well deserved break to prepare for an upcoming trip next week. Thank you all for helping my change someone's life.

Maybe one day I'll be back to running outside, but not today 🥴 turned out to be another long day at work and then it rained heavily so another day on the cross trainer it is. But at least I'm getting the km in 💪🏽

A quick one today to start of the year. My goal is to run at least 14km a week in total, maybe not every day, but a longer run every other day will be more reasonable with my day to day activities. I will do an update of the total amount once in a while as the website doesn't seem to allow more than 2km per day. Or if you're on Strava you can follow me there! Thank you all for your support!
