I’m running 2k a day in January for families facing baby loss
I’ve committed to running 2k a day this January for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Sunday 1st Feb Challenge complete …. Either running or walking still clocked up those kilometres…. My running stamina has definitely improved … on to the next challenge!! 💪 Share

Sunday 25th Jan Totally lacked motivation this week and my dodgy knee didn’t help …. Or gave me the excuse I needed 🙈 Made up for it a little bit though …. 8k walk after Spin on Saturday and a 3k run before/after boxing and a 5k walk 🚶♀️ still clicking up those Km’s Share

Saturday 17th Jan ….. but then you’ve got to do the class, then get back!! I’ve made better plans 😂 but weirdly enjoyed it! Run, Spin, Walk .. it’s the way forward 😂 Share

Monday 12th Jan Haven’t managed to run every day, so walked on some, or couldn’t even get out on others 😩 but back on it now, went out for my first run 🏃♀️ this week, just hope I can keep it up!! 🤞 Share

Saturday 3rd Jan So attempted a run this morning, but decided I wanted to keep my limbs intact so went for a walk instead 🤪 Took a little walking buddy with me, I still managed to face plant the floor 😣 i’m sure somebody will have a giggle when they’re looking at their ring doorbell footage 🤣 Share
Snow ⛄️ didn’t stop play!!
Friday 2nd Jan Woke up to snow ❄️ and definitely wasn’t running in that just in case I put my hip out 🤪🤣 So went for a walk with the girls instead still put the KM ‘s in!! Share
