We’re taking part in Sands Starlight Walk

In honour of my daughter Evelyn May and other babies who have left us too soon. We are taking part in the Sands Starlight Walk to support families affected by the loss of a baby, and to help bring light in the darkest of times.

Our team name is Little Wing Walkers, as we remember Evelyn with butterflies 🦋

Every day, 13 babies in the UK die before, during or shortly after birth. Sands works tirelessly to change this, funding research, supporting bereaved families, and striving for a world where more babies survive and every family receives the care and compassion they need.

By sponsoring me, you’ll be helping Sands continue this vital work—offering hope, understanding and support, and creating a lasting legacy in memory of every baby who has died.

The night must end and the sun will rise. Just like loss parents have to do day after day with this unbearable loss and pain.
