100K Steps for Sands - Walking in Memory, Supporting Families

This March we have commited to walking 100K steps to raise awareness and funds for Sands, the charity supporting families affected by baby loss. Whether it's with little feet in tow, pushing a pram, or solo steps in reflection, every step we take is in memory of the babies gone to soon and in support of the families who carry them in their hearts.

Throughout this month, we'll be using our platform to showcase family-friendly walks across the north west and beyond, encouraging our community to get involved and step with us. We'll also be hosting a special group walk inviting families to come together and walk for this important cause.

With Mothers Day at the end of March, this challenge is a tribute to all mums, those holding little hands and those holding precious memories.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.
