I’m walking 100km in March for families facing baby loss

In November 2025 I had an early miscarriage and everyday since has been hard and incredibly lonely (unfortunately only those going/gone through this will know what I mean by this) 

I want to raise awareness and say to people yes this is personal but you don't need to fight alone, get help if you need it and dont be afraid to speak about your loss whether that be early like me or after birth, any loss. They were our hope and are loved and its ok to say on those harder days its not fair and I'm not ok. 

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals and more.
