I’m running 2k a day in January for families facing baby loss
I’ve committed to running 2k a day this January for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.
Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

Sunday 21st DecThis January I’ll be running 2km every day for my best friend Chloe and her husband Bear.
They lost their little baby during pregnancy, and nothing could ever take away that heartbreak.
When someone you love goes through something like this, you feel so helpless. I hated that I couldn’t do more, so this is my way of showing up — for them, for their baby, and for every family who has experienced this kind of loss.
I’ll be supporting a charity that helps parents through baby loss, because no one should have to walk that road alone.
That little bean will always be loved, always remembered, and always part of us 🌈❤️🩷
