I’m taking on Winter Walk and walking 50K in December for families facing baby loss


I’m walking 50k throughout December to raise money for SANDS, a charity that supports anyone affected by miscarriage, stillbirth or the death of a baby. Sadly, all of these heartbreaking situations are far more common than most people realise, and SANDS is there to offer comfort, understanding and a safe space for families going through incredibly difficult times. 

They run a helpline, online support groups and local groups across the UK, so parents never have to face things alone. They work with hospitals and healthcare professionals to make sure bereaved families receive kind, compassionate care at every stage.
They also fund important research and campaign to help prevent future losses — turning heartbreak into positive change.

Every donation helps SANDS keep supporting families, keep pushing for better care and keep researching to save more babies in the future. 💜
