I’ve committed to walking 100K in March for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

Sands ensure that everyone affected by the loss of a baby gets the support they need and deserve when facing the toughest of times. They campaign for change, provide training for midwives and healthcare professionals, and support research so that fewer babies die and so that less families experience the tragedy of losing their baby. Anything you are able to donate means so much.

I’ve committed to walking 100K in March for every much-loved baby sadly not here today.

On Friday 19th December 2025, my world changed forever.

I was suddenly rushed into hospital, completely unaware that I was pregnant. In a matter of hours, everything unfolded in the most unimaginable way. We sadly lost our beautiful little girl, Robyn, and I very nearly lost my own life due to a severe haemorrhage.

The trauma of that day is something I will carry with me always. The heartbreak of losing a baby is something no family should have to endure, yet so many do.

Charities like Sands support thousands of families through the devastating pain of baby loss. They provide understanding, guidance, and a safe space for grieving parents during the darkest of times.

After everything we have been through, I feel strongly that giving back to such an incredible cause is one small way to honour Robyn and help other families who are facing similar heartbreak.
