Running for Those Who Carry the Unimaginable
Saturday 20th DecI’m running 2k a day in January for Sands in support of family and friends who have experienced the loss of a baby. While I haven’t lived this loss myself, I’ve seen how deeply it affects those who do — a grief that’s carried quietly every day.
I can’t imagine the pain of losing a child, or the absence it leaves behind. That’s why Sands is so important, providing compassion, understanding, and support to ensure no one faces this loss alone.
This run is a small way for me to show support — for the babies who are always remembered, and for the families who continue with incredible strength.
