First off I'd like to thank everyone for your support and for the donations so far. I would like to just share my reason for why I am hosting this brunch and why this charity in particular means so much to me. 

Back in December 2023, I had found out i was pregnant. It was a very stressful time for me as I had not long had Olivia and I was due to go back to work in January. Me and Dan decided that despite the closeness, we were going to keep the pregnancy. On the 28th of December, we had gone to sleep happy with our decision and had started getting excited for it. On the morning of the 29th, Dan had already gone to work and Olivia was asleep cuddling me when I had a pain in my stomach and needed to go to the toilet. Once in the bathroom, I'd pulled my underwear down to reveal blood and then as I sat on the toilet more came out. I straight away called Daniel in floods of tears knowing what had just happened. I had just had a miscarriage. This was one of the most devastating and painful experiences of my life. Seeing a future just going down the drain. I was very lucky to have the support of my family and even luckier to go on to have our Leo. For many families, this is not the case. And that is my why.
