In Loving Memory: Supporting Sands in Honor of a Little Life Gone Too Soon

Today, I write with a heavy heart and a deep sense of love for my best friend, who recently experienced the unimaginable — the loss of her precious baby boy at just 20 weeks.

No words can truly capture the depth of grief that comes with such a loss. Watching someone you love endure the heartbreak of saying goodbye before they even had a proper chance to say hello is both painful and humbling. Yet in the midst of that grief, I’ve witnessed strength, courage, and a fierce love that will never fade.

In honor of her son’s memory, and in support of all families who face the loss of a baby, I’m raising awareness and encouraging donations to Sands, a charity that provides vital support to bereaved families, funds research to save babies’ lives, and works tirelessly to improve maternity care.
